Privacy policy

We respect your privacy and follow Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address, email if you add one, and any notes on your order. • Payment proof, if you upload it. • If you create an account: your email, name and phone number, and the addresses you save. We never ask for or store card details.

Why we use it

To fulfil and deliver your order, contact you about it, verify payment, protect the shop from fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You agree to this when you place an order.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We share only what is needed with: • the delivery or shipping provider, to deliver your order; • service providers that run the shop for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security and the check that you are not a bot) and Resend (order emails and sign-in codes).

Cookies

We use only what the shop needs to work: signing in, your language, currency and theme choice, and keeping your cart in your browser. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

How we protect it

Data travels over an encrypted connection, only the people running the shop can see it, and payment proofs are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to serve you and as legal and accounting obligations require, then delete or anonymise them. When you delete your account, we immediately delete the account details, saved addresses and sign-in sessions; records of past orders are kept for accounting only.

Your rights

You can see and correct your data, ask us to delete it, and object to how it is processed. You can edit your details or delete your account from “My account”, or message us on WhatsApp for anything else.

We may update this policy when needed; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
